Where’s the Wolf? At ‘Centennial’s Hidden Gem’

Congratulations to Paul Cash, office manager of NC State’s Crafts Center, for making the lucky guess in the latest installment of our “Where’s the Wolf?” contest. Our furry friend was enjoying time outdoors at one of the university’s most beautiful spots, Lake Raleigh.

Known as the “hidden gem” of Centennial Campus, the Lake Raleigh recreation area offers a number of opportunities for outdoor exploration, including walks, picnics, disc golf, fishing, non-motorized boating and watersports.

Cash, who just celebrated his six-year work anniversary, says being part of the Wolfpack is his favorite thing about working for NC State.

“From my Craft Pack to my DASA Pack, there is definitely a team mentality where the strength of the wolf is the pack,” Cash says.

Cash’s favorite spot on campus? You guessed it — the Crafts Center.

“Besides the Crafts Center where we create awesome stuff every day, I also enjoy spending time in Carmichael Gym lifting weights to Lizzo,” he says.

For those curious about our “Where’s the Wolf?” contest methodology, we use an online random number generator to determine the winner after the entry deadline passes. Each winner receives an NC State prize pack. Stay tuned to the March 17 issue of the Bulletin for your next chance to participate.
