Mizzou Track and Field announces schedule for 2022

COLOMBIA, Mon.- Mizzou Track and Field this week announced its schedules for the upcoming 2022 indoor and outdoor track and field season. The hall table includes seven meetings, including two trips to Fayetteville, Ark. in the regular season and one to College Station, Texas, where the SEC championships are held. The Tigers will end the 2022 indoor season in Birmingham Ala, where the NCAA championship takes place.

During the outdoor season, the Tigers compete at seven different regular seasonal meetings, including the well-known Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa and the Texas Relays in Austin, Texas. The outdoor SEC championship takes place at the University of Mississippi at Oxford and the first round of the NCAA championship takes place in Fayetteville, Ark. The second round of the championship, the USA championship, and the world championship conclude the season in Eugene, Ore.

The 2022 season kicks off on January 22nd with a trip to Ames, Iowa for the Iowa State Invitational. The meeting will be the first of two trips by the Tigers to the state of Iowa. The Texas Relays, Ole Miss Invitational and Raleigh Relays kick off the outdoor season on March 25th. Details on the 2022 schedule can be found below.
